Hi, I'm Arwen Borris!

Service Designer at West Dunbartonshire Council with a strong interest in visual communication and user research. My approach to service design, is to conduct user and employee research from all stakeholders perspectives, analyse the results to discover the emerging themes and patterns in the research gathered, work collaboratively with all stakeholders involved to design with and not for them and prior to implementing solutions, ensure that the process is simple and will deliver service improvements.
